Full Terms & Conditions

All transactions will only be effective upon full payment.

All fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable, except in the following circumstances:

• If the student withdraws from the programme due to valid medical reasons before the commencement of the programme, then all fees paid are refundable, EXCEPT the Application Fee and Registration Fee.
• If the student withdraws from the programme for non-medical reasons before the commencement of the programme, then 70% of all fees paid are refundable, EXCEPT the Application Fee and Registration fee.

FCEDU reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees from the security deposit(s) and any other school deposits and refund any balance thereof, accordingly to the student.

All claims for refunds are to be made within 2 months from the date, one ceases to be a student of the FCEDU.

Collection of your Personal Information
FCEDU collects personally identifiable information, such as tuition centre name, parent and student name, email address, home or work address and telephone number. FCEDU also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP/Postal code, age and gender.

FCEDU collects certain types of personally identifiable information from tuition centers and schools such as the name, location address, contact person, position, phone number, email address, school category and education level.

We may collect information about third parties from you such as details of names, email addresses, date of birth and relationship data. The information is requested for the purpose of identifying the contact person for your Representative with FCEDU and for the FCLearning Program.

Use of your Personal Information
FCEDU collects and uses your personal information to help you operate the FCEDU website and deliver the services you have requested, such as allowing you to access the program and participate in any contest and / or reward program, if any. FCEDU also uses your personally identifiable information to respond to your enquiries and inform you of latest products, services update, available from FCEDU.

FCEDU does not share, sell, rent or lease its customer information lists to third parties other than as disclosed in this privacy policy.

We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, to protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
